Filtering, Counting, Locking Invoices |

One of the most powerful features built into AnyOrder is the ability to filter invoices. With the filter feature, you can limit the display of invoices to only those meeting certain conditions. The filter feature can also be used to create mailing lists, special reports, or to group invoices in innovative ways.
Filtering is also useful as a counting tool. Want to find how many invoices were issued to customers in California? Set a filter and then use the "Count" feature.
This chapter also includes information on locking invoices. You can use the "lock" feature built into AnyOrder to prevent inadvertent changes to invoices.
