Royalty Functions can be accessed from all computers on the network, but only one person at a time can work in the royalties area.  The reason for this is that the data files used in Royalty area of the program require exclusive use.  As soon as one person is finished and exits from Royalty Functions, then another person can access the files from a different computer.

With one exception, you can work in Royalty Functions while others on the network are issuing invoices and working in the main part of AnyBook.  The exception is Generating Royalty Reports.  Generating reports requires considerable computing power, and it requires the manipulation of invoice files.  Wait to generate royalty reports during times when others are not using AnyBook.
